CORONAVIRUS DESEASE (COVID-19)

What is Coronavirus?

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus in December 2019.

The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. These droplets are too heavy to hang in the air, and quickly fall on floors or surfaces.

You can be infected by breathing in the virus if you are within close proximity of someone who has COVID-19, or by touching a contaminated surface and then your eyes, nose or mouth.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES AND PRECAUTIONS

Covid-19 precautionary measures are taking seriously in ITG by following closely on all the mandatory guidelines from Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH). Employees are required to follow established guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

SANITIZE

Disinfection of office everyday and hand sanitizer is provided to ensure employee practice good hygiene

MASK

Fabric masks are distributed to all employees to ensure employees practice mask-wearing at all time

BODY TEMPERATURE

Body temperature checking on all individuals to prevent spread of any infections

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Practice social distancing of 1 meter apart at all time
